Refund policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Size and color cannot be changed after placing the order.

Kindly follow the size chart to follow the correct size. When in doubt ,order a size bigger.

Incase the item is returned to us due to insufficient or wrong address, customer have to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if, the product is damaged with usability issue/ different product received than ordered (change in product, colour or size), with complete parcel opening or unboxing video proof without any edits. Return/exchange request without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

If you have any such return request, then kindly contact us through our Mail (samhithacollections2021@gmail.com) within 24 Hrs from receiving the product. After that we do not entertain any of the return/refund requests. 

Genuine Return and Refund requests will be approved within the next 2 to 3 working days from the date of reporting the issue.

Once a refund is approved, customer have to send back the item to the from address. After receiving the item back as it was, it will be processed and credited to customer's account within a maximum of 7 working days.

If an exchange is approved, customer have to send back the item to the from address. After receiving the item back as it was, replacement product will be shipped from our end within 2 to 3 working days and customer can expect the delivery within 7 to 10 working days.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or smartphone screen's display of any color will be accurate.
